REFUND POLICY

VELOZA STORE – Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At VELOZA STORE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included

Proof of purchase is required


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

Your order number

A clear photo/video of the item

Reason for return


Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Approval & Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Refund will be sent to your original payment method


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Clearance or sale items

Personal care items for hygiene reasons

Items intentionally damaged or showing signs of heavy use

Gift cards


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return after delivery.

7. Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
